WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEiVED THE PACKAGE?

If your tracking number states your item has been delivered and you have not received it. It can mean a few things.

Shipping companies at times, mark an item as delivered before it is actually delivered. Please wait a couple of days to see if your items are delivered. Please contact us again if your item does not arrive, and we will help open an investigation to find out where your item is with the shipping company.

If the item is missing or stolen, the shipping company will refund us fully for the item. We can then offer you a complete reimbursement or we can reship your item if it is still in stock.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We use a variety of shipping companies for our products. We typically use Chit Chats, Canada Post, United States Postal Service (USPS), Ascendia, Intelcom, DHL and others depending on where you are located.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

It can take a 1 to 3 weeks to receive most packages. This greatly depends on your location. After you order, and we confirm the shipping location, we will let you know a accurate time for your package arrival.

Yes. We ship internationally to clients.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR YOUR ORDERS?

Yes. We provide tracking numbers for all orders. After your order is shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number.

CAN I SAVE ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART AND BUY THEM LATER?

Yes! Simply choose the “Add To Wishlist” button, located underneath the “Add To Cart” button.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse the website to find products that you are interested in. Click the “Add To Cart” button on each item to add them to your “Checkout” page. Make sure to agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox. You can get to the "Checkout" page by clicking “Proceed To Checkout” on the “Add To Cart” popup, or by clicking the "Shopping Bag icon" in the top right corner of the website.

Once you get to the checkout page, fill out your contact information, shipping information and credit card or PayPal information. Now you are ready to buy the product. Click “Complete Order” once you are finished.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, if you create an account, it will allow you to create a Wishlist. As well, the next time you need decide to buy from us, a lot of your information will already be saved and will provide a quicker checkout experience.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel or change your order. Please include your full name, order number and information of the product(s) your purchased. A confirmation of your changes will be returned by e-mail. Items that have not gone into production aren’t eligible for change or cancellation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Each order placed will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, the majority of orders are shipped the very next business day. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately.
