Shipping companies at times, mark an item as delivered before it is actually delivered. Please wait a couple of days to see if your items are delivered. Please contact us again if your item does not arrive, and we will help open an investigation to find out where your item is with the shipping company.
If the item is missing or stolen, the shipping company will refund us fully for the item. We can then offer you a complete reimbursement or we can reship your item if it is still in stock.
We currently use Shopify Payments which allows payments by all major credit cards. We also accept payments by PayPal. If you are ordering Wholesale or Custom products, you may pay using these additinal methods.
Once you get to the checkout page, fill out your contact information, shipping information and credit card or PayPal information. Now you are ready to buy the product. Click “Complete Order” once you are finished.
